A lot of people are asking me, “Why do you choose to remain anonymous in spite of having readers and followers here and abroad?”
I may not be as famous as other writers, I may not be as well-known as other bloggers, I may not be as smart as other authors, I may not have millions of followers, but all of us do have our own reasons why we write…
I can still remember when I was young, I have always been dreaming of seeing my name in a book as an author. Publishing my own book, or putting up my own library where I can share my books and stories to those who are willing to read for free.
And then one day, the internet just went live to the world. I never thought I’d be able to write and share stories with people I do not know. Readers who do have the same experience with the characters that I introduce and can relate to the stories that I write.
Technology has become a part of someone’s life. And this technology has become one of my partners in sharing my ideas in writing. Together with the people that I feature here, these are simple people with big dreams. They are as well like me, they do have big dreams but they are only known inside a small box. I am an instrument of sharing their experiences with my readers to inspire them as well. I also use photos of some people who are very passionate about taking photos but do not use their talent in the business industry. We all have the same GOAL.
So why do I stay anonymous? Because just like my photographers, just like my featured articles, our main goal is to CREATE, SHARE and INSPIRE…
That’s all that matters! And my inspiration? All of the people who believe in me, all of the writers and authors that I get to read here, and all of my readers and followers.
I know that one day, the anonymous writer will also be known for her stories and not because she has a lot of supporters. And I bet she will still remain anonymously in public.
Create, Share and Inspire people. You do not know how you can be of a big help to people who do not have the courage to ask. Just help and inspire. It means a lot to them.
Thank you for becoming a part of this journey. You all mean a lot to me.
